IGT Extends Sports Betting Leadership to Pennsylvania

(London).- IGT announced today that IGT PlayDigital’s PlayShot™ technology now powers sports betting at Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Penn. Patrons of the casino’s FanDuel Sportsbook at Valley Forge Casino Resort are placing over-the-counter sports wagers via IGT’s PlayShot technology.
With this deployment, IGT PlayShot is operational in six states: Nevada, New Jersey, Mississippi, West Virginia, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania.
“Together with FanDuel, IGT PlayDigital created a scalable sports betting ecosystem with PlayShot for Valley Forge Casino Resort that delivers an exceptional wagering experience,” said Enrico Drago, IGT Senior Vice President PlayDigital. “Adding Pennsylvania to the growing roster of states where PlayShot is deployed reinforces the flexibility and market-readiness of the technology, and propels PlayShot’s position as the leading B2B sports betting platform in the U.S.”
